How often are your commissions open?
I'm always accepting commissions! Even if my commissions are closed, I would still like to hear about a design you have in mind and will get back to you as soon as possible and will provide you with a quote!
What happens if my costume is damaged on arrival?
I do my best to ensure that all costumes are packaged correctly. If it is damaged on arrival then it is due to the carrier. If the damage is minor, then I will guide you on how to fix it yourself but if the damage is significant, I am happy to have the package sent back for repairs. However shipping will need to be covered on your end. And I will cover the cost on my end.
What materials and tools do you use?
Most materials I use are store bought generic stuff. I do provide a list of where I get my stuff at the bottom of the guides that come with the patterns. If you have any specific questions, please don't be scared to reach out.
How long will my costume take?
It takes about 2-4 weeks for me to create a costume but it entirely depends on the complexity. That does not include shipping and may take a bit longer. If you are wanting to use it at a convention and desperately need it, then please let me know. I will do my best to work faster and get it to you sooner. Patterns and any online file will be available for download and will be sent via email immediately so please check your junk folder.
Where do you ship from?
I am based in the UK and it entirely depends on where you are. If you are in the UK, its about 2-3 days. Europe is about 1 week and anywhere else is 1-2 weeks. Please check the delivery choices on checkout.
